He did not look that comfortable to me.
I'm just so impressed he can get his knees to do that. Of course, he's young...LOL!

I love the idea of meditating but I never make the time to actually meditate.

Deb,I always wonder why a meditater sits in an odd position which looks so uncomfortable. Can't they meditate just sitting quietly with his/her eyes closed? Fabulous photo-op, though. :) Happy WW, my friend!
